It loses a processor (down from 2) and reduced continuous shooting from the 7D but will come at a lower price point. I think it’s great if you wanted the video options of the 7D but weren’t terribly comfortable with the initial price. Want. Pass. The 5D and 7D are much better. You do not want to compromise your processor.

    I almost purchased the 7D about three weeks ago… Instead I went with the Panasonic HMC150. Kind of glad if the 550D...
